Myself and Nicola Dawber-Laye from Pilates for Women are running 3 different education workshops all focusing on understanding how to work with the anatomical changes in our bodies and what is safe exercise. In addition Sarah "The Mummy Trainer" provides exercise progression as your body recovers and strengthens.
We are all professionals who are passionate about ensuring women understand how to work with their bodies to exercise safely. Our workshops are proudly supported by the Gold Coast City Council Active and Healthy program.
